The Software Developer – Senior will lead the design, architecture, and development of enterprise solutions within the Children, Youth & Social Services Cluster. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and provide senior-level expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integrations, DevOps, and secure enterprise solution delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Design and implement secure APIs and integration solutions using Azure API Management (APIM) and enterprise integration portals.
  • Create and manage custom connectors to extend Power Platform capabilities and integrate with external enterprise systems.
  • Develop and manage Power Pages solutions for secure document submission by authenticated users.
  • Lead data migration initiatives to Microsoft Dataverse and Azure storage solutions.
  • Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Integrate Power Platform with Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and Blob Storage.
  • Ensure governance, security, identity management (Azure AD/SSO), and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architects, and stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
  • Extensive experience architecting and developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions through Azure API Management and enterprise integration portals.
  • Strong experience creating and maintaining custom connectors for enterprise APIs.
  • Experience establishing robust CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
  • Experience developing Power Pages solutions for authenticated document submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL Server (T-SQL), Azure services, and data migration strategies.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery experience.
