The Solutions Designer – Intermediate will support the Health Services Cluster in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise application and integration solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and participate in full SDLC activities, Agile delivery, and knowledge transfer initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, implement, and enhance technical, data, and application architectures on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Design system integrations, develop interfaces, and optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Support Agile-Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Develop high-quality, well-documented code aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Support production issue resolution and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Cyber Security teams to remediate Threat Risk Assessment and penetration testing findings.
  • Ensure solutions comply with accessibility (AODA) standards and healthcare information protection requirements.
  • Develop and execute a formal Knowledge Transfer Plan including documentation, training sessions, shadowing, and phased transition of responsibilities.
Must Have Skills
  • 10+ years of solutions development experience within healthcare environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, HL7, SOAP, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API management using IBM API Connect.
  • Experience administering and designing IBM middleware tools such as MQ and Message Broker.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Server, IIS, and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience developing enterprise integration solutions using IBM integration tools and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience ensuring accessibility compliance (AODA) and healthcare data privacy requirements.
