The Systems Testing/QA Specialist – Intermediate will support Infrastructure Technology Services by delivering comprehensive application performance and load testing services. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week during standard business hours and collaborate closely with client application and QA teams.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with client application teams to gather technical requirements for application load testing.
  • Develop performance test plans, load testing scripts, test cases, and detailed test result reports.
  • Create and execute virtual user load tests in selected environments.
  • Evaluate performance results against predefined business criteria.
  • Provide right-sizing, tuning recommendations, and performance optimization guidance.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and compare system configurations.
  • Gather functional and non-functional performance test requirements.
  • Act as liaison between client teams and performance testing teams.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with in-house testing teams.
Must Have Skills
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and reporting on application performance testing.
  • Experience creating and executing load testing scripts for selected application transactions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and multi-tier (Web/App/DB) application architectures.
  • Experience working as a performance testing liaison between clients and technical teams.
  • 5–9 years of experience executing load tests in large and complex organizations.
  • Strong scripting experience including VuGen scripting, correlation, parameterization, and data extraction.
