The Systems Testing/QA Specialist – Senior will lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies for enterprise solutions within the Children, Youth & Social Services Cluster. The role involves planning and organizing end-to-end testing activities, ensuring quality assurance across low-code/no-code platforms, APIs, integrations, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for large-scale systems.
  • Lead integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
  • Perform API testing, validating endpoints and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Test low-code/no-code solutions including Power Platform, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct AODA accessibility testing using tools such as NVDA, Accessibility Insights, and WAVE.
  • Analyze defects, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
  • Prepare test summary reports and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Must Have Skills
  • Experience testing low code/no code solutions such as Power Platform, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
  • Experience leveraging Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking.
  • Experience with API testing, validating endpoints and checking data accuracy.
  • Strong experience in integration testing and end-to-end system validation.
  • Experience creating and executing functional and non-functional test cases.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
  • Experience with AODA testing and accessibility compliance tools.
