Contract End Date: April 5, 2026 *
Rate: $70/hr
The Health Services Cluster is seeking a Senior Project Control Officer (PCO) to support planning, documentation, risk tracking, and coordination for multiple concurrent I&IT projects, including legacy systems. The role involves supporting Project Managers in ensuring the timely delivery of project artifacts and execution of project control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project plans, budgeting, and status reporting using tools such as MS Project and Planview
- Support project status meetings, documentation updates, risk/issue tracking, and ticket workflow processes
- Manage dashboards and executive summaries to ensure clarity in project tracking
- Maintain project documentation in designated repositories and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with PMs and escalate issues, risks, and project deliverables as needed
Must-Have Skills
- 7–10 years of experience coordinating IT projects in a legacy/mainframe or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent project managers in complex I&IT initiatives
