Provide senior-level project management leadership for large-scale public safety radio network initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee large, complex technology projects including schedules, risks, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans covering resources, timelines, and budgets
- Lead governance cycles and develop executive-level briefings and reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies
- Develop project artifacts including reports, briefing notes, and presentations
- Support telecommunications and public safety network implementation strategies
Requirements
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in public sector technology projects
- 4+ years managing large-scale public safety radio or telecommunications infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with MS Project, Excel, Visio, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and manage complex project environments
