The Product Manager – Senior will lead agile product delivery for digital credential solutions within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and drive roadmap execution, stakeholder engagement, and technical alignment across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain an agile delivery environment supporting iterative build, test, and release cycles.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and cross-functional ceremonies.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Own product KPIs including adoption metrics, credential issuance volume, and trust indicators.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate solution options, trade-offs, risks, and technical feasibility across wallet, agent, and backend components.
  • Communicate complex technical and product concepts clearly to executives, business teams, developers, and external partners.
  • Translate standards and architectural concepts such as W3C Verifiable Credentials, decentralized identifiers (DIDs), attestation, credential binding, and revocation mechanisms into actionable requirements.
  • Support interoperability planning aligned with frameworks such as PCTF, NIST, and eIDAS.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner ministries, industry stakeholders, and governance bodies.
Must Have Skills
  • Extensive experience leading agile product delivery for complex digital platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Solid computer science foundation with hands-on development and/or solution architecture experience.
  • Experience with modern development stacks such as Kotlin, Swift, React Native, Node, Go, or Python.
  • Strong knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital credentials ecosystems including W3C Verifiable Credentials and DIDs.
  • Experience aligning solutions with digital identity frameworks such as PCTF, NIST, and eIDAS.
