The Software Developer – Full Stack – Senior will support the Labour and Transportation Cluster (LTC) Operations Maintenance and Support Branch by providing application maintenance and enhancement services for .NET-based solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure. The resource will work onsite and contribute to release management, incident resolution, and full SDLC activities.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, test, and maintain .NET applications supporting MTO and MLTSD business solutions.
  • Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications including coding and unit testing.
  • Participate in release planning, change management, and deployment activities.
  • Respond to incidents and service requests, preparing change requests (CRQs) as required.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Develop platform-based solutions using Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
  • Build and maintain applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
  • Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure compliance with OPS enterprise architecture standards and AODA requirements.
Must Have Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and React.js.
  • Experience developing solutions on Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
  • Experience building and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Git version control and structured SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Public sector experience, preferably within OPS.
