Rate: $103/hour
The Software Developer – Full Stack – Senior will support the Labour and Transportation Cluster (LTC) Operations Maintenance and Support Branch by providing application maintenance and enhancement services for .NET-based solutions hosted in Microsoft Azure. The resource will work onsite and contribute to release management, incident resolution, and full SDLC activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain .NET applications supporting MTO and MLTSD business solutions.
- Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications including coding and unit testing.
- Participate in release planning, change management, and deployment activities.
- Respond to incidents and service requests, preparing change requests (CRQs) as required.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control using Azure DevOps and Git.
- Develop platform-based solutions using Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
- Build and maintain applications hosted in Microsoft Azure.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with OPS enterprise architecture standards and AODA requirements.
Must Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and React.js.
- Experience developing solutions on Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.
- Experience building and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Git version control and structured SDLC methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Public sector experience, preferably within OPS.
