The Solution Architect – CRM – Senior will provide architectural leadership for enterprise CRM solutions within the Children, Youth & Social Services Cluster. The resource will work onsite 5 days per week and lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Cúram-based CRM solutions in a large distributed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Define CRM solution architecture including structure, reusable components, interfaces, and system interactions.
  • Provide technical architectural guidance and solutioning support to project and technical leads.
  • Design and oversee integration between application packages, databases, and middleware systems.
  • Develop enterprise architecture deliverables aligned with OPS standards and methodologies.
  • Lead performance analysis, scalability planning, and system optimization initiatives.
  • Support business requirement analysis, options analysis, and solution recommendations.
  • Provide project management support including effort estimation, risk and issue management, and solution presentations.
  • Support CI/CD DevOps processes and infrastructure requirements.
Must Have Skills
  • Minimum 10+ years of Cúram technical knowledge and development experience.
  • Extensive experience providing technical architectural support and solutioning.
  • Strong experience leading CRM solution architecture in large enterprise environments.
  • Project management experience including planning, risk/issue management, and effort estimation.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and CI/CD practices.
  • Technical experience supporting infrastructure environments including WebSphere, Oracle, Solaris, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
